I've heard a few songs of T.A.T.U. and I must say that it's a fresh thing if you compare it to the terrible and brutal music of Britney Spears and these other blond bimbos from USA. Maybe I just like the T.A.T.U girls because they are lesbians of course (maybe they aren't). Maybe I just like them because they wear school uniforms and kiss. It did struck my mind. I dont think I will ever buy their album, even though I must say that I think the songs consists of some good lyrics. -And God knows the modern pop music world of today need some good lyrics. I haven't payed to much attention to the lyrics of the blond horrors, but I have a deep suspicion that they mostly sing about the prince and his shiny horse and the tiara and her princess. Ice cream too I suppose. The Britney Spears women look like pornogirls. The T.A.T.U girls look like their still in junior high.In my taste; I like the look of women that have something natural about them. Something tender, not glamourous, not spoiled. If the Britney Spears woman or that Madonna wipes off their make-up, they would just look pale I imagine (to me). I like the woman that hangs the clean wet sheets in the backyard to dry. The one who sits in the grocery store wearing mismatched colours and unmodern sprayed shaped hair. The Spanish women who wears that Spanish dress and do that Spanish dance. I saw them when I lived in Spain for two months, when I was much younger than I am now.
I just love the Spanish artistic culture in general. It's vibrant and colourful. There are a bunch of other types of women I like as well, but I guess I like the Spanish type the most. I dont think you need to be Spanish to express that Spanish feeling. I have seen women and men for that matter who are not Spanish and dont do that dance, who still have that Spanish feeling to them. Personality is more interesting than appearance in the end. It's more interesting that culture in the end. Later on I will tell you about male types that I like. That will be amusing. You just wait and see. The big picture is featuring the musician Neneh Cherry. She also likes Spanish women it seems. Now with Neneh, I dont just like her because she is a lesbian (maybe she's not of course). Neneh is a whole different story. Most of all I really like her "Man" album cover. I also really like that album in general, it's not too much rap on it. Never been a big fan of rap really. The "Man" album is a fantastic album. Great pop music if you ask me. Wonderful and mature.
