A Snarl!

Lately I have been reading the It's Happening Forum. I found it when I searched for Islamic extremists websites (because yes, I do search for those. Especially right before I go to bed). Of course when I do find one or two, because of the language, it's always impossible for me to read them. But they are very keen on posting up pictures of awful violence done to civilians, with fancy Islamic jazz music in the background. And often a lot of fashion shots of themselves. Black clothes, cool hoods, big guns, those things. One of the guys in one the hostage films, even had a really nice black coat jacket of some kind. I envied him that coat. A little bit. Not because I like fashion, but because I like attitude. It's stuff that young boyish minds will want to copy. Because girls like a guy who express authority trough his attitude... Anyway, I have been to similar websites that promotes the same thing, but work for other men. The pictures are the same, but the message will then make the other side look like the bad guys. It's always like this.

But I will never go look at another beheading video. I have seen two, and they ruined my sleep and reminded me of that I really hated that moment, that moment, when I was seven years old. And my brother beat up another boy because he had pushed me. Some girlfriends of mine asked why, I wouldn't want to go look at how my brother revenged me. In that moment I disliked my brother. I disliked school and disliked my dumb girlfriends. And I wanted to snarl at them. Because one of the major reasons for why I hated the school yard, was all the stressed aggression. I was shy and precarious. And such a person will always feel humiliated in expressive environments.

And if there would exist a manleg today, that wanted to beat up another, because of me; I would have snarled at him. I would have been so mad, that I fear he would be deaf, after I was done with him. Because I'm slightly more civilised. So if a manleg wanted my respect, he would have to try defend me with something else than his fists.

People outside war, always find the inspiration to create their own little wars. Immature little sand pit battles. Based on the; "My dad is stronger than yours" type of philosophy. Or the "Look at me" philosophy. You really don't need a search engine to discover this.

These lines are just some of those I found in the forum. I have copied and pasted them here for you to read. From the first letter to the period dot, they come from many different forum entries. The meaning of their message lies in a few words put together: "I hate everything French and I piss on your yellow-belly country. WE SHOULD HAVE LET HITLER DECIMATE YOU. You are obviously jealous of the power that we wield across the planet. American pig getting his head chopped off by that camel piss drinker! Killed by one of our troops, Im sure he got what he deserved. Gives a new meaning to a dead piece of shit! lol! Something will be dropped on those fuckers. Lead for mohammads skull. Those specks in a turd are undigested corn or peas. Bulgarians are some of the lowest bunch of bastards you will ever meet. I would like to wield the knife with my own hands. THUMBS UP TO BIN LADEN!!!!".

I have been called Anti-American and even worse things, because of my political opinion about the war. I have apologised, if I have seemed harsh at times. And some people have completely misunderstood my irony, or just found it rude. But at least I have never expressed that I hate, or wish anyone dead. I have to add this extract from the forum, because it explains a part of how I feel: "The anti-American feelings around the world stem from an opposition to imperial American rule. People world-wide admire the American republic, with the liberty for which it stands. But they don't like the American empire that overthrows governments, wages wars, and props up dictatorships".

It felt good when I read that De la Cruz was freed. It was actually the first thing I thought about when I got out of bed, the day his fate was delivered. It makes you feel extra worried for the people, you have the privilege to look in the eye on a video. You see their fear and their helplessness. And I cant help feeling concerned for them.

I support the decision to agree to (some) demands made by terrorists. Generally because I think everything should be done, to try save a life in danger. You would have wanted it, if it were someone you cared about in that situation. Besides, their demands were of an humane criteria. And if we have to work with folks like Bush, then we should also work with folks like the Z guy. You don't have to agree with them, but the things they do can have a big impact on peoples lives. So if you let the big bad bully have it his way sometimes, to prevent a bad situation, it doesn't mean that you cannot trap him later.

I saw this video about Mullah Krekar. If you don't know who he is; he is supposed to have been a leader of Ansar-Al-Islam. He have found refugee here in my country, Norway. His mother claims he is a good son. This is a idiotic reference of course, when they try to link him with terrorism. Because even a head-cutter has a mother, whom he maybe loves. All big and small men are boys on the bottom. Human beings. Good. Bad. Terrible. Just like women. And when the Z guy's wife said he would never support the murder on women and children; I pictured myself the video I had seen, taped in his name. With the small scared Korean guy bound and helpless, in front of the big knife guy. Too bad for him then, that he happened to be a man and not a woman...

Some mother's will always find the good spot in all men. Just like some documentaries will show you, that all men wants a good couch and a good laugh sometimes. They will all prove to you, that no men are monsters. No men are evil. And these documentaries should have been aired in the middle ages. Because if we could cut it to the core, remove the senseless babble about evil vs. good, then maybe, just maybe we could also get to the point today.

And of course I think we should protect Mullah Krekar. With all we have. We should never hand him over to any country, that have a system that executes people. He might have been dangerous, he could have been. Who knows. He lives a western lifestyle here now, with telly and nonstop and boyish giggle. Let him be. Even if he did cut off a man's head in his early youth, I wouldn't mind having him as a neighbour. Because people can change (?!) and in the media people can also be something they never were. And he cant run away, to seek shelter with the revengeful Allah around here. Not even our Moslems likes him. And we have made fun of him. And he have looked forsaken and ridiculous in the news. So I actually feel a little bit sorry for him.

GLOOMJOY: Lets make a video Kristina. You, me, God and Allah. Unless they'll grant our wishes within 24 hours; we will start drink whisky.

And if he lived in my street here and he invited me for tea (something I strongly doubt he would ever do), I wouldn't mind that. I'd drink tea with Mullah any day if could. But I wouldn't dare to touch him with my pinky finger. Naturally.
